1. Change  of the Applicant’s/Registrant’s  Name/Address

1) Order Letter;
2)Original Power of Attorney (signature or seal for foreign natural  person or legal person and Chinese natural person; company seal for Chinese  legal person);
3)Copy of Notification on Acceptance for registration application or  copy of Registration Certificate;
4)Original or notarized copy of Domestic Certificate for Modification of  the Applicant’s/ Registrant’s  Name, in which the old and new names should be both indicated (in case only the  Chinese name of the foreign applicant is modified, no Certificate for  Modification is needed).
Note: When  applying for modification of the applicant’s/registrant’s  name/address, the applicant/registrant shall conduct such modification in  respect of all his applied/ registered marks in P.R.C. at the same time.

1. Renewal  of Trademark Registration

1)Order Letter, in which the registrant’s  name & address in English & Chinese, trademark/service-mark and  registration number should be indicated;
2)Original Power of Attorney (signature  or seal for foreign natural person or legal person and Chinese natural person;  company seal for Chinese legal person);
3)Copy of Registration Certificate.

1. Assignment  of Applied/Registered Mark

1)Order Letter;
2)Original Power of Attorney executed by  the assignee (signature or seal for foreign natural person or legal person and  Chinese natural person; company seal for Chinese legal person);
3)Original Application for Assignment  executed by the assignor & assignee (signature or seal for foreign natural  person or legal person and Chinese natural person; company seal for Chinese  legal person);
4) Copy of Notification on Acceptance  for registration application or copy of Registration Certificate.
Note: When  applying for assignment of a applied/registered mark, the applicant/registrant  shall, at the same time, conduct such assignment of all his other  applied/registered marks in P.R.C. which are identical with or similar to the  said applied/registered mark in respect of the same or similar  goods/service-items.

1)Order Letter;
2)Original Power of Attorney executed by  the licensor (signature or seal for foreign natural person or legal person and  Chinese natural person; company seal for Chinese legal person);
3) Original License Contract executed by  the licensor & licensee (signature or seal for foreign natural person or  legal person and Chinese natural person; company seal for Chinese legal person)
4) Copy of Registration Certificate.
Trademark  Opposition, Cancellation and Review

1. Trademark  Opposition

1)Order Letter;
2)Original Power of Attorney (signature  or seal for foreign natural person or legal person and Chinese natural person;  company seal for Chinese legal person);
3)Application for Opposition, which will  be prepared by the agency on the basis of the applicant’s  entrustments;
4)Other related evidences (if any);

1. Cancellation  of Registered Mark for Non-use for 3 Consecutive Years

1)Order Letter;
2)Original Power of Attorney (signature  or seal for foreign natural person or legal person and Chinese natural person;  company seal for Chinese legal person);
3)Copy of Registration Certificate;
4)Other related evidences (if any).
