Documents and Information Needed:
1）Power  of Attorney signed by the applicant (no notarization or legalization).
2）Six  copies of trademark prints.
3）If the  applicant is a natural person, a copy of his ID.
4）Chinese  translation of the applicant’s name  and address，which is recommended to be identical to  the one already used in China.
5）If  priority is claimed, the filing particulars of the basic application as well as  a certified copy of the basic application.
6）Specification  of goods/services in accordance with 8th Edition of NICE Classification.
